What is ServicePros PH?
ServicePros PH is a nationwide directory of service providers to help customers find qualified service providers according to location and availability. Service providers can get listed for free.
This is from a duly registered company – the fact that we have a Metrobank business account and GCash Scan to Pay is proof of this, because to get business accounts from financial institutions, we need to submit all business papers.
How do I join or get started as a service provider?
Tap JOIN OUR NETWORK on the upper right if on PC, or the three lines on the upper right (if on mobile) and click JOIN OUR NETWORK and fill out your details. Upon submitting, you will receive an email so you can start getting your profile page properly filled out. It is FREE to get listed and the Basic Membership is free.
Once you register, check our Welcome email which will guide you on the next steps to make your profile page/webpage even better! There will also be a guide on how to get more exposure to more clients/projects.
Your profile page also serves as a one-page website that lets you get found on Google!
What are the ways I can get projects?
- By being found in the ServicePros directory and contacted by the customer.
- By getting a request for a quote by a customer.
- By being notified by the system of new jobs posted by customers.
- By getting invited by a customer to a job they posted on ServicePros.
- By looking at the JOBS tab on the upper menu. (For upgraded members)
- By the customer finding your page on Google. (Yes, your webpage can be found on Google)
ServicePros’s categories are also found on Google. So the more categories you are in, the more chances there are of customers finding you on Google:

What are the main differences between the Basic, Standard, Gold, and Annual Packages?

- The Basic Package lists you in one (1) city (your main location/city) and under one service category only. If you provide one type of service only and only in one city, then the basic membership is enough.
- If you want exposure to more customers, serve many cities and have more than one type of service, then the upgraded Standard membership will let you be found in as many as 30 cities and 20 service types. That means as many as 600 times more exposure (30 cities x 20 service types) and more opportunities to get more customers.
- With the Gold Package/Annual Package, you can be found in as many as 50 cities and 30 service types or up to 1500 times more exposure than a basic membership. You also have access to commercial projects/categories.
- Members will also get notified of job postings according to your number of cities, so the more cities you are listed in, the more job notifications.
- Your webpage can also get found on Google for each service you added to your upgraded membership package.
- With the upgraded membership also, you can be flexible with your location, for example:

- Going to your home province for a few days, weeks or months? Simply add those locations and be instantly listed in those areas.
- Have a truck that is out of town that is not your usual location and you want to get customers when the truck makes its way back to its home location? Simply add that location to your dashboard.

**Regular waiting time for a webpage to show on Google is minimum 1 week, with no guarantee of indexing, while priority indexing is 1-2 days, guaranteed.
I got a job invite, but I cannot open the link to the job post. How can I view the JOBS on the top menu?
As respect to the members who upgraded their membership, the JOBS section is only viewable by Standard, Gold, or Annual members. This is another way that upgraded members get more customers. See the next question on how to upgrade.
How do I upgrade my membership to multiple cities and multiple categories?
Once you log in to your service provider’s account, you will see UPGRADE ACCOUNT on the left bottom of the dashboard, simply click that and follow the steps.

I am currently employed. Can I be a part-timer in this directory?
Yes, you can! Simply mark your regular working days as unavailable and only adjust your day and time available in your dashboard. That way, if you want to accept work on your free days, you can!
How will I know when there is a booking or request for quote?
Via an email notification.
As a service provider, how can I get more customers?
The upgraded membership of Standard, Gold, or Annual exposes you to up to 50 cities and up to 30 categories.
To have a visual of how an upgraded membership can get you more projects, let’s say you listed for Carpentry Works in Quezon City. That will be your exposure in the Basic membership.
But if you also offer flooring, countertops installation, modular cabinets, flooring, roof repair, wallpaper installation, tile setting, etc and want to also be visible in multiple cities, then with an upgraded membership, you can be seen for each of your services in all of the cities you added.
Here is an illustration:
- Basic = One city and one category
- Standard = up to 20 categories and 30 cities
- Gold / Annual = up to 30 categories and 50 cities, including commercial categories
In addition, you will also get job publish notifications according to your number of categories, so more categories, more job notifications.
You will also appear on Google according to your categories.
So clearly, a Standard, Gold, or Annual member gets up to 1500x more exposure than a Basic member.
- Standard = up to 600 x more exposure = (20 categories x 30 cities)
- Gold or Annual = up to 1500 times more exposure = (30 categories x 50 cities)
The Annual Plan is the same as the Gold Plan, but you get 12 full months for the price of 10 months (2 months free).
The Standard, Gold, or Annual plan multiplies your exposure and chances to get customers. Here is a tip to get even more customers and want to make the most of your upgraded account: check the other cities in your categories and see which cities have very few service providers or even none at all and add those cities in your areas served. What are the Commercial Categories in the Packages?
There are bigger projects from corporate customers requesting for quotes or proposals. As such, these bigger projects require more documents before a service provider (freelance or enterprise) can submit their quotes. Hence, the Gold and Annual members with papers can get certified for Commercial-readiness and can include commercial categories in their dashboard once they have submitted their business documents. Certain businesses/service providers can be pre-activated for this.
Are there any other fees to be paid aside from the membership fees?
None, any booking will be a transaction between the provider and customer (employer or private client) and payments will be direct to the provider so that the provider receives the payment 100%. Transact payments at your discretion.

What is the difference between the Service Categories on the homepage search and and the Services I have added to my dashboard?
A service provider gets searched on the platform by Service Categories on the search bar, not by services listed in the service provider’s account. We based the Service Categories on keyword research as to what the public is commonly typing on Google and other search engines.
As a service provider, can I offer a credit card payment option for my customers?
ServicePros can give that option although the fees will be five per cent 5% *which is just to cover the bank fees. so please take that into consideration when giving a price quotation. Use our special form for credit card payments.
Is there a lock-in period for the membership?
No, cancel anytime. This will automatically delete your webpage.
What happens when there are disputes in the service or booking?
Kindly reach out to the provider or the customer to settle any dispute. Please bear in mind that reviews can be given publicly so aim to give a smooth transaction every time. At our discretion, and to continue providing the best service, we may deactivate or block accounts if there is due cause.
As a customer needing to hire, what are the benefits?
As a customer, you can
- search for service providers and see their qualifications, training, services with pricing. and even reviews, before contacting them.
- reach out to a service provider and request for a quote.
- post a job and wait for quotes. The quotes will be neatly organized in your dashboard so you can make informed decisions when hiring.
- hire additional service providers for your service business as needed if you suddenly need more, or need to outsource some of your tasks, or if your regular service providers went on leave.
- save your preferred service providers under Favorites.
What is the “I SUPPORT PWDs” badge on some profiles?
ServicePros PH supports and maintains our new nonprofit site, pwdemploymentphilippines.com. Hence, all upgraded members have the “I SUPPORT PWDs” badge as they also contribute to maintaining PWD Employment Philippines site and participate in our corporate social responsibility efforts.
